 We are in no way diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any condition or disease you may or may not have & the FDA has not evaluated any statements contained in this website regarding these products.  AND we are in no way suggesting that these products are a substitute for proper medical care.  Our claims are based upon our own experiences and research on each ingredient as well as those who have helped us sample our formulas and how these products have worked on the itchy little girl it was originally designed for. 

While we have strived to use the gentlest, purest ingredients we can, Squid Balm is NOT responsible for any reaction or sensitivity to any ingredient you may experience as each individual is unique - there will always be those who are sensitive to even the mildest ingredient.  ALWAYS read the ingredient list for each item you are considering and do NOT purchase if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.  If you have any doubts whatesoever, apply a test patch of our products to determine your own sensitivity levels.  If you experience ANY discomfort or irritation, do NOT continue use of the product.  This pretty much goes for any brand of any personal care or cosmetic product.  Safety first. 

Our products are very emollient-rich and contain all natural oils and butter.  These ingredients can leave your skin and surfaces temporarily slick & slippery.  Oils can take some time to soak in and surfaces can remain slippery until properly and thoroughly cleaned.  Squid Balm is NOT responsible for any mishaps arising from the natural properties of these products and slippery conditions that may arise from its use or misuse. 

SQUID BALM PRODUCTS are for external use only.  Please do not use it in any bodily orifice or in your eyes.  It is also NOT to be eaten no matter how good it smells !  The fragrance oils used in the lotion bars are NOT for use on lips.  Only the unscented bars can be used on lips.

Keep out of reach of small children or any other individual who may not understand how to use it.

Squid Balm is for human use only.  Do not use it on real squid, they do not like moisturizers of any kind.
